The Walking Coach – Coaching by Nature
It is increasingly recognised that walking in the great outdoors increases your wellbeing, physical and mental health.
The Walking Coach programme uses the natural environment to create guided coaching walks alongside the Menai Straits in indigenous woodland. We will observe and listen to the natural landscape, engaging your right brain, with guided imagery techniques allowing your creative side to flourish and opening up your thinking.
The Walking Coach provides breathing space for you to gain insight and understanding and mobilise your resources to develop options and solutions.
The Walking Coach programme is available either individually or in small groups.
Coaching by Nature lasts half a day. Additionally, the small group Coaching by Nature is for a minimum of 3 people, and a maximum of 8 people.
