Improve your Essential Coaching Skills to increase your confidence, initiative, flexibility and performance. Positively impact your effectiveness, working relationships and organisational capacity.

This 4-day course, developed by Kim Bernard, an experienced and accredited Master NLP Coach, will enable you to gain knowledge of essential workplace coaching practice and gain practical skills, tools, and techniques to support and improve your coaching performance. This highly interactive course will provide a safe space for you to develop key practical coaching skills.

The course will benefit both yourself and people that you may coach, by increasing your confidence, initiative, flexibility and performance, which in turn will increase your workplace effectiveness, working relationships and organisational capacity.

You will design, plan, deliver and review workplace coaching interventions and explain how they will incorporate coaching skills into your supervision or management practice.
